Purchases, Shipping & Returns
All books sold through this site are fulfilled by third-party vendors. This means delivery, shipping costs, and handling are determined by the vendor from which you make your purchase.
Ebooks

Kindle ebooks are delivered electronically via Amazon immediately after purchase. Refunds or returns are handled through Amazon’s refund policy.

Ebooks purchased via Payhip are delivered electronically with a download link. These are generally non-refundable once downloaded, unless there is a technical issue preventing access.
Paperbacks

Paperbacks are printed and shipped by IngramSpark or other designated distributors. Shipping times and costs are set by the vendor.

Damaged or defective books must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Replacement copies will be arranged where appropriate; refunds are generally not issued.

Bulk orders (5 or more copies) are non-returnable unless pre-approved in writing before purchase.

All return shipments must be sent to the address provided upon approval. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was damaged or misprinted.
Shipping

Vendors handle all shipping and provide tracking information when available.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; I am not responsible for lost or misdelivered items due to incorrect addresses.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

All payments, shipping fees, and refunds are processed by the vendor. I do not collect or hold funds from individual sales.
